Attorney Emily Lovell has joined Somach, Simmons and Dunn’s Sacramento office. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems from UC Davis and her Juris Doctorate from the UC Irvine School of Law, where she was the Director of Outreach for the Environmental Law Society. She brings both trial and appellate litigation experience to the firm after completing a judicial externship with the Honorable Kimberly Knill of the Superior Court of California, County of Orange, and successfully litigating a case at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals through the Ninth Circuit Appellate Litigation Clinic at the UC Irvine School of Law. Emily will be assisting clients in all areas of law, including Agriculture, Litigation and Appellate Law and Water Resources.
