Sarah Klahn Named Denver Water Law "Lawyer of the Year" in The Best Lawyers in America® 2022 Edition

We’re pleased to announce that shareholders Stuart Somach and Sarah Klahn have been recognized among the top lawyers nationwide in The Best Lawyers in America 2022. Inclusion is considered a singular honor, as Best Lawyers® is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey, and attorneys are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed.

Sarah Klahn was named the Best Lawyers 2022 Water Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Denver

Only one lawyer is recognized as the “Lawyer of the Year” for each specialty and location. Sarah has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for Water Law since 2008.

Founding shareholder Stuart Somach has been named in The Best Lawyers in America for the 28th year

His recognitions on the list include:

  • Lawyer of the Year, Water Law, Sacramento (2019, 2016, 2011)
  • Lawyer of the Year, Natural Resources Law, Sacramento (2014)
  • Natural Resources Law (since 1995)
  • Water Law (since 2007)

Since it was first published in 1983, Best Lawyers has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence. Best Lawyers lists are compiled based on an exhaustive peer-review evaluation. For the 2022 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, more than 10.8 million votes were analyzed, which resulted in more than 66,000 leading lawyers being included in the new edition.
