Kelly Doyle represents public and private clients in various natural resources matters, including water rights disputes, water quality compliance, and local government law.
Kelly gained litigation experience as a staff attorney with the Children’s Law Center of California, where she navigated myriad stakeholders inside and outside the courtroom in protecting the interests of foster care children. Prior experience as a legislative affairs team coordinator for a local lobbying firm and an internship in the Yolo County Public Defender’s Office bring added perspective on client projects.
Before attending law school, Kelly worked for the representative of California’s 6th Assembly District, acting as both constituent affairs manager and as staffer in the State Capitol. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her friends and family, particularly spoiling her niece and nephews. Kelly also enjoys audiobooks, live music, boardgame nights, and riding her pink bike around downtown Sacramento.
